Utility Feathers

I've been itching to trying pairing my utility jacket with my feather skirt, and now that I have I'm not that impressed. However, it could be the shoes and tank top choice...None the less, it's making me crave wearing the skirt with tights this season (but I better do it soon because I might end up looking like an oversized turkey with this burgeoning belly...)
